Steinhafles in Menomonee Falls Wisc.
They discriminated against Mrs. Staples by not giving her the exchange mattresses.
Asked for a manager Tim stated:
#No manager can talk to customers over the phone
#No manager can return customer calls
#No manager will take complaints ever?
#All complaints have to be done in person over the phone.
Even if you are a senior citizen.
Mrs. Staples got treated with degradation and humiliation. Mrs. Staples is in her 70's and does not deserve that racism and negative treatment.
